By placing an order with us, you agree to accept the terms of this policy.

As the sole distributor of premium Italian brands like Bionike, Tesori d’Oriente, and Lycia, we are committed to providing secure and convenient payment options for our valued customers in Nepal.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

a) Digital Wallets (Instant Payment Confirmation)

  • eSewa: Pay securely using your eSewa wallet or linked bank account.
  • Khalti: Pay securely using your Khalti wallet or linked banking services.

b)  QR Payment (Instant Payment Confirmation)

  • We provide a QR code linked to our official bank account (e.g., Siddhartha Bank, Sanima Bank, Citizens Bank etc.). You can scan the QR code using your bank’s mobile banking app to complete the payment directly.

c) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • You can pay for your order in cash (Nepalese Rupees) at the time of delivery at your doorstep. This service is available within our designated delivery areas.

3. Payment Process

  • For Online Pre-Payments (eSewa, Khalti, QR):
    1. After reviewing your cart, proceed to the checkout.
    2. Select your preferred payment method (eSewa, Khalti, or QR).
    3. You will be redirected to the secure gateway of your chosen payment provider or shown our bank’s QR code.
    4. Complete the transaction as per the instructions on the payment platform.
    5. Once the payment is successfully verified, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS from us. Your order will then be processed for shipment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD):
    1. Select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method during checkout.
    2. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the delivery executive.
    3. The delivery executive will collect the payment and provide you with a printed or digital receipt.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any additional charges, such as delivery fees, will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.

5. Payment Security

The security of your financial information is our top priority.

  • For eSewa & Khalti: All transactions are processed through the secure, encrypted systems of these licensed payment gateway partners. We do not store your wallet credentials, bank account, or card details on our website.
  • For QR Payments: Transactions are handled securely within your bank’s mobile application. We only receive confirmation of the payment.
  • For COD: Transactions are conducted in person, and we provide an official receipt for every payment.

6. Order Verification & Confirmation

For pre-paid orders, we will process the shipment only after we have received and verified confirmation of the successful payment from the payment gateway or our bank. In case of any discrepancy, our customer service team may contact you for verification before processing the order.

7. Refunds and Failed Transactions

  • Failed Transactions: If your payment is deducted from your account but you do not receive an order confirmation from us, please contact your bank/payment provider and our customer service team immediately. The amount will typically be refunded by your bank/payment provider within 7-14 working days.
  • Refunds for Returns/Cancellations: Approved refunds for returns or cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method used.
    • eSewa/Khalti/QR Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original wallet or bank account within 7-10 working days after approval.
    • Cash on Delivery: Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank details (Account Name, Number, and Bank Name) for the refund to be initiated.
